The corporation’s business purpose is to engage in real estate and housing development. It is currently developing its properties into innovative quality housing projects.
The corporation believes that housing is vital in meeting the basic human needs for shelter and security, it contributes to both economic growth and strong communities. This is our goal to provide quality housing to Filipino people, improving their quality livelihood in a way that contributes a strong connection to the communities and economic sustainability.
